VISITING THE GP UNDER A TAC CLAIM

If you are attending a GP appointment under a TAC (Transport Accident Commission) claim, please note the following:

What to Bring:

• TAC Claim Number
• TAC Approval Letter for GP visits
  ▸This letter must indicate that GP (doctor) consultations are approved.
• Photo ID (recommended)

Billing Information:

• All consultations will be charged to the patient until valid TAC approval is provided.
• Please ensure you keep all invoices and receipts while you wait for your TAC approval letter for GP visits.
• Once TAC approval is received, we will submit a claim on your behalf to TAC to seek reimbursement for your consult.

Please Note:

• Patients must follow TAC guidelines for approved medical services.
• If you are unsure whether your appointment or treatment is covered, please speak to our reception staff or contact TAC directly.
